The church exterior was washed with bleach and rinsed to remove any mildew. All rotted wood was replaced with new wood, primed both sides. All old cracked caulking was removed and replaced with new caulking.
Exterior was primed with oil primer, and sprayed with two finish coats of Semi Gloss Acrylic
Latex paint with a 25 year manufacturer’s warranty.
