Mr. Miller has provided Real Estate Due Diligence services including Property Condition Assessments throughout the United States for a variety of clients including John Hancock, Marriott, GMAC, KeyBank, and Lehman Bros., for debt and equity transactions, as well as US Government studies for HUD and the GSA.
Mr. Miller also acted as principal of his own design corporation for 10 years and successfully executed architectural and interior design projects throughout the New England region. During the past twenty years Mr. Miller has delivered over 100 commercial projects in traditional, construction management and design/build formats. A majority of these projects were for private equity clients with projects including office buildings, major retail centers, residential, mixed-use, industrial, warehouse, historic restoration, government and religious facilities.
